SITE is now managing more than $30 billion in active inventory!

SITE Manageware was founded in 2001 to develop and market a web based application.

The original prototype was designed to manage a single developer’s product and inventory.

Founders Nathan Showalter and Robert Day started with a vision of creating a system to closely manage and control inventory and systematize the contract management processes. The organizing principles were; to allow the inventory to be represented visually, to keep the application simple and user friendly, and to build-in flexibility to accommodate different rules while maintaining and overall structured work flow that insured consistent results.

Today, SITE Manageware controls over $30 Billion dollars in residential inventory.
