Nathan Showalter holds an undergraduate degree from GMI Engineering and Management Institute of Flint, Michigan (currently
known as Kettering University), where he studied Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. Following graduation
he accepted a position as Test Engineer with his corporate sponsor, Tenneco Automotive. Over his 16 year career with
Tenneco Automotive Nathan held various positions in Engineering and Management, in both the Walker Manufacturing and Monroe
Auto Equipment branches of the business.
In 1997, Nathan accepted a position as Kaizen Events Coordinator for Walker Manufacturing and facilitated 50 plus, week
long cross functional events over a 2 year timeframe to improve manufacturing processes, consolidate manufacturing
facilities, and improve work flow.
Fascinated, challenged and intrigued by the internet, and in particular EBay, along with a love of photography and
programming Nathan set out to build a small image hosting company for online auctions. In 1999 Nathan accepted an offer
from internet start-up company, Little Deals to acquire his image hosting application, and become the VP of Information
Technology for the company. Little Deals was a niche auction company specializing in children’s goods.
In 2001, Mr. Showalter co-founded SITE Manageware, an end-to-end application for the Sales and Marketing of Multi-Family
homes. Nathan brought to the partnership a relentless desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Along with
co-founder J. Robert Day, Nathan took the business knowledge provided through the experience of Mr. Day’s 20 year career
in condominium sales and development to create a unique business workflow application.
As SITE Manageware’s President, Nathan Showalter continues to provide leadership to SITE’s software development team
through his product strategies and commitment to maintaining technological leadership. Intuitively reaching for the next
level, Nathan's foresight in product development has resulted in an award-winning suite of functional solutions.
Leveraging his experience and knowledge of engineering, real estate development and programming, SITE Manageware has
pioneered global, real time, contract administration, inventory control, sales and marketing solutions that have made
the leading resource in the industry.
Nathan and his wife Krystal have 5 children and reside in Boca Raton, Florida.
J. Robert Day began his career in 1976 as a custom home builder and land developer in North Carolina where he owned and

L’Hermitage, Jackson Tower, Las Olas River House, and Palmetto Place. Day was an owner and officer of Everglades, LLC,
the developer of The Port Condominium and Marina, which began sales in 2003 and was completed in 2006 with a sellout
value of $82 million.
In addition to his real estate accomplishments, in 1987 Day created an MLS software program for PM Realty Group to market
large portfolios of properties, launched the J.E. Robert Company in Texas.
Early in 2001, Mr. Day co-founded Site Manageware, an internet-based “ASP” which provides multi-family developers access
to information and controls for in excess of $30 Billion of residential inventory.
Beginning in 2007, Mr. Day rejoined Site Manageware to focus exclusively on revitalizing the sales and marketing efforts.
Additionally Mr. Day has established new business relationships centered on Site Manageware’s core product designed
specifically to add value to the developer, and continue to streamline the entire process using a holistic approach. Site
has partnered with Flagstar Bank and Stewart Title to integrate mortgage and title services respectively. Additionally
Site is partnering with the Broker community to bring the first International New Condo Listing Service to the
marketplace. By drawing information from the data already maintained within the Site Manageware system, developers can
expose inventory to a broad market with little effort and no maintenance cost.
Mr. Day is a graduate of Barton College, North Carolina and holds active Florida and Texas Real Estate Sales Licenses and
formerly held a Series 7 Securities license. He has active memberships in multiple professional and trade organizations.
